ALS Pharmacy, Inc. has an excellent management team to direct the affairs and day-to-day operations of LTC Pharmacies. The overall direction is provided by the senior officers:

Jeffrey Zega, Co-owner, President and CEO

Mr. Zega has been involved in healthcare ventures for 30 years since he graduated with an accounting degree from the University of Louisville in 1980. Under his guidance, ALS Pharmacy, Inc. has successfully started and operated 7 long term care pharmacies across the United States.

Martin D. Willing, COO, RPh

Mr. Willing earned his pharmacy degree in 1977 from the University of Cincinnati. He spent the first fourteen years of his career in the hospital setting where he served in increasingly responsible positions from Staff Pharmacist to Assistant Director of Pharmacy to Director of Pharmacy at two hospitals concurrently. Ultimately, Mr. Willing became a hospital administrator responsible for a multi-million dollar budget and over 400 employees. He has spent the last twenty years of his career as vice president / COO for two Long Term Care Pharmacies, each responsible for over 5,000 beds and has been responsible for the start up of two other Long Term Care Pharmacies, including design, build out, licensure, staff hiring and training and management.

Kristy Turner, CPA, CFO

Ms. Turner is a graduate of Bellarmine University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting. She has twenty-five years of accounting experience, primarily in ancillary health care accounting and has held positions in public accounting, nursing home, insurance rehab, hospital, DME and pharmacy companies, with positions ranging from senior financial analyst to controller.

Michael Alisanski, Director of Development

After completing his college degree at University of Hawaii at Manoa in 1995 , Michael jumped into a healthcare sales position with Schering Plough Pharmaceuticals. After a couple of years of doubling sales totals at Schering in his Gulf Coast territory, Michael accepted a position in 1998 with PharMerica LTC pharmacy corporation where he was promoted up through the sales ranks to National Director of Sales. At PharMerica Michael set every PharMerica sales record in the books, being top producer in the country 12 out of 13 years on the job. Combined Michael has some 17 years of LTC pharmacy sales experience. Michael noted the strong movement of LTC chains to JV / ownership opportunities and decided in 2012 to also take this path. Michael has a passion for LTC pharmacy and is excited about his newest opportunity with ALS Pharmacy, Inc. Michael brings a focus on customer service, pharmacy operations excellence, pharmacy efficiencies, and fantastic networking skill sets for growth opportunities.
